The intention of this project was based on the idea of returning to our origins, where the pastry and bread craftsmanship with high quality ingredients was a ritual. We wanted to connect all spaces visually to allow each customer to observe the handmade process, the different phases and the ingredients being used. We wanted them to feel, hear and smell all the aromas of this procedure. We shed light on some of the most significant confectionery tools to bring back the tradition and its value.
